We are looking for experienced full-time Operations Supervisor with a passion for helping people at our adolescent and adult animal-assisted outpatient day treatment facility in Milford, MA.

Position Overview:
The Operations Supervisor is the lead of the Operations team, serving as the primary contact for patients, visitor and collaterals on the phone and in-person, to help ensure a welcoming experience, efficient workflow, providing case management, overseeing the care process from pre-admission to post-discharge, and to manage general office administration for day treatment services at our Day Treatment Programs in Milford, MA. This position will support compliance with fiscal, ethical, and legal standards and the core values and mission of New England Medical Group.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide and oversee case management services; including, but not limited to, short-term disability, FMLA, EAP paperwork and communication
- Facilitate incoming and outgoing communication regarding patients
- Greet and establish positive rapport with all patients, visitors, and collaterals
- Record patient and visitor check-ins and Covid-19 symptom screening
- Outreach to patients to support group attendance and reminders
- Help to coordinate and encourage adherence to schedules and treatment times
- Provide informative material for patients
- Conduct prescreens and admissions process with incoming patients
- Generate, maintain, and communicate daily census/patient tracking
- Organize and facilitate ordering of office supplies and daily meals
- Arrange cleaning staff and emergency maintenance services as necessary
- Manage cleaning/disinfecting routines and schedules
- Comply with current healthcare regulations, policies, and high ethical standards
- Complete all other tasks as assigned by Managers, Directors and Partners
Education and Experience:
- BS degree in Healthcare, Business, Social Work, or relevant field (preferred)
- Experience in mental health or addiction services
- Experience with KIPU or other Electronic Medical Records (preferred)
- Fluent in a variety of computer software applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
