Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field required, masters preferred AND four years of experience in project management that demonstrates knowledge of and strong background in administration, fact finding, using investigative techniques and presenting results; analyzing and evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of business practices to meet goals and objectives.
Experience that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the Marine Corps organizational structure and the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP) knowledge and understanding of a wide range of Marine Corps policies and requirements relative to MF and the Behavioral Health Branch. Comprehensive knowledge of Behavioral Health policies, management principles, and processes. Skill to communicate effectively orally and in writing, develop reports, proposals, charts and graphs and conduct presentations. Expert knowledge of naval and supplemental Marine Corps correspondence standards.
