Title: Operations Project Coordinator

Reports to: Sr. Director of Finance
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have effective communications skills and a willingness to learn new skills. Additionally, the candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Telecom
· Provide pricing and project scoping assistance to sales team prospecting new & existing clients.
· Manage internet related contracts’ renewal dates and terms, delivering positive results through managing costs.
· Maintain productive relationships with external vendors to ensure HRT is positioned to provide the best and most cost-effective internet services.
· Understand all current pricing, promotions, and programs with preferred carriers and present to management all updates.
· Review/approve and audit all circuit invoices compared to contracts monthly.
· Maintain a listing of all circuits with current pricing and performance statistics.
· Serve as the primary customer interface for internet related questions.
· Work with internal teams (accounting, project managers, account managers, and engineering team) to ensure that affected parties are updated on all adds, changes, and deletions to wired and wireless services.
· Participate in meetings and facilitate effective communications to drive decisions and action.
Administrative
· Create and manage LinkedIn posts for Horizon River
· Research prospective client information.
· Partner with Tech Ops to optimize wired to wireless solutions.
· Special projects as determined by management, achieving deliverables & attaining results.
Qualifications
· Self-starter, ability to work independently and deliver outcomes with limited direction.
· A professional, results-oriented person with creative problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multi-task and pay great attention to detail.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner.
· Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft products.
· Able to effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
· Ability to research topics and report on findings.
· Ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
· Excellent time management, organization skills, and attention to detail.
· Team player (ability to work toward a common goal across all departments)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
