Job Description
Control Risks’ Embedded Consulting team is looking for an Operations Program Manager to help support a Fortune 500 client's corporate Data Center program focused on the Americas region. This role will manage and develop internal team processes to better standardize projects across different teams. This includes intake, standard management, exception management, and risk tracking and reporting for the teams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide operational coordination and management support for security risk management, governance, and operations initiatives for infrastructure and security teams, including:
- Standardization and administration of all workstreams needed to support new work request activities including intake, triage, prioritization, collaborative review, scoping, tracking, updates, reporting, closing, and library/database management.
- Inform and support tooling and automation of all workstreams needed to support new work request activities.
- Standardization and administration of all workstreams needed to support security standards and information management activities including template creation and management, internal reviews, external reviews, approvals, publication, periodic re-review and re-approval, change management, and library/database management.
- Inform and support tooling and automation of all workstreams needed to support security standards and information management activities.
- Standardization and administration of all workstreams needed to support security standards exception management activities including template creation and management, internal reviews, external reviews, approvals, rejections, periodic re-review and re-approval, and library/database management.
- Inform and support the tooling and automation of all workstreams needed to support security exceptions management activities.
- Standardization and administration of all workstreams needed to support security risk management and reporting activities including communications matrix management, reporting template creation and management, internal reviews, external reviews, approvals, rejections, periodic re-review and re-approval, and library/database management.
- Inform and support the tooling and automation of all workstreams needed to support security risk management and reporting activities.
- Develop, organize, distribute, maintain, and change manage template documents for security standards, exceptions, and risks.
- Develop, organize, distribute, maintain, and change manage process summary documents, presentation materials, and any other documentation to communicate and establish as record processes and operational standards.
- Manage collaborations to execute operational processes and incorporate feedback from Client management and project collaborators. This includes leading and participating in meetings, and formal/informal communications (e-mail, chat, video conference, in-document comments, etc.)
- Structure operational workstreams for reporting and tracking including milestones and key deliverables.
- Track work and report on progress weekly (informal) updates and monthly (formal) project/workstream status reports.
- Identify and communicate risks in projects and workstreams and apply techniques to assess and mitigate the risks using help and support from Client management and project collaborators.
Requirements
- 4+ years in program management, with experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs and initiatives.
- Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, can turn incomplete or even conflicting inputs into clear plans.
- Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges.
- Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and work with multiple programs to better support the development and growth of the team.

The base salary range for this position in California or NYC is $100,000-$120,000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per California SB 1162 and the NYC Wage Transparency Law.
