Duties Include:
- Process and invoice client orders.
- Assist new clients in establishing payment terms.
- Regular follow up on client’s payment statuses.
- Monitor instrument sales, manufacturing, quality, and installation records.
- Assist in supplying required paperwork for instrument installations to be carried out.
- Perform packing and shipping duties (Domestic & International).
- Assist with inventory management.
- Assist in procurement of supplies and inventory.
- Preparation of work in process inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Skill/Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication ability.
- Excels in problem-solving, planning, innovative thinking, creativity and having an organizational mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Succeeds in self-management.
- Effective group communication.
Qualifications
- Preferred High School Diploma.
- Preferred 1 year of related experience in Customer Service, Client or Business Management.
- Preferred 20+ hours of work availability.
- A valid U.S. driver's license.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
