Job description
Who we are…
Frequently recognized as the most innovative and agent-friendly brokerage in the nation, Keller Williams Realty is the place for the industry's best real estate agents. We are the brokerage of choice for top producing agents, and is experiencing incredible growth. With industry-leading real estate training, technology, generous commission splits, and an experienced leadership team, Keller Williams is the ideal place for agents looking to rapidly build and grow their real estate careers.
Who we are looking for…
The Market Center Administrator (MCA) is a critical member of the Market Center leadership team, as this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. In collaboration, the MCA uses systems and tools to collaboratively drive the Market Center to profitability through growth in market share. They oversee the retention of agents, while supporting agents’ growth in production. They monitor their success by inspecting net agent count and profitability. Additionally, they support agents in building profitable businesses by demonstrating and consulting on shared business-building fundamentals.
The MCA supports the Team Leader and agents and leads the Market Center staff in designing and implementing powerful support and operational systems that empower agent businesses. They ensure appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained, complete weekly soft closes, and assess Company Dollar daily. MCAs own Market Center profitability and understand that increasing revenue through growth in market share unlimits their opportunity.
The MCA is an individual who is a rapid problem solver, who easily and quickly learns from their environment, and appreciates an efficient work structure. They are able to think through a problem or solution in order to present it logically to others, and enjoy a variety of responsibilities in a changing environment. They are not typically demanding, strive to cultivate trust and goodwill through effective communication, and are concerned about doing what is right according to the standards.
The MCA must be self-sufficient and self-directed in their activities, while understanding their activities must be in complete alignment with the Market Center's goals and the rest of the Market Center leadership team.
