The job of our Operations Manager is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Operations Managers hire, train, develop, and supervise all Front Desk, Kids Club, and Janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards.
The position prefers atleast a 2 year college degree, and/or management experience.

Pay/Annual Salary Expectation: Operations Manager: $19/hour plus commission and bonuses. Expected annual pay range(First Year): $45,000-$55,000
