ABOUT ACCEL ENTERTAINMENT
Accel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue.
SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, supervision of Processing operations. Processing operations will include processing, fills, balancing currency, and coins.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotes, supports, implements, and enforces, company optimization programs, policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- Initiates coaching and disciplinary documentation for performance, attendance, and policy violations.
- Track and monitor KPIs and productivity results and provide the Director of processing with a weekly report by region.
- Review employee absences and provide the Director of Processing with a weekly report by region.
- Meet with Supervisors monthly to provide feedback or training to address areas for improvement.
- Assists Supervisors interview and evaluate potential hires.
- Conducts monthly performance employee reviews with Supervisors.
- Review and follow up any issues related to EOD paperwork; information provided by Processing internal auditor.
- Assistance with accurate & timely cash reporting procedures.
- Communication & cooperation with other departments as needed.
- Consolidate monthly supplies order.
- Review equipment with all regions and collaborates and communicates with Cummins to ensure all equipment is in good condition.
- Follow up with regions the internal audit results.
- Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license and maintenance of a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License from the Illinois Gaming Board.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Outlook.
- Excellent ethics and integrity.
- Excellent customer service.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and quick learner.
- Professional demeanor.
- Minimum of 3 years in the gaming industry or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing protocols and tasks.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Frequently required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including calculating figures and use of a keyboard
- Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus.
