We are looking for an Operations Manager with 5+ years of working experience who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to take on diverse responsibilities. This job requires a high level of tech savviness.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Diving deep into our current operations, support & account management processes and working to improve them.
- Assessing available content and helping ensure proper upkeep as well as suggesting areas to improve offerings.
- Managing shipping and delivery logistics for private event offerings.
- Prospecting for new potential partners & working to bring them on board
- Communicating with current partners and utilizing their feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Monitoring marketplace offerings and making suggestions for product improvements based on customer and partner feedback.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations and help manage a staff of operations and support team members as well as a staff of events hosts.
Skills/Knowledge Required
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience working with technology based products.
- Experience building and maintaining operational processes and documentation.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills - you’ll be juggling multiple things at once!
- An analytical & creative mind: You can use quantitative and qualitative data to help solve difficult problems with well-reasoned solutions.
- Ability to take direction as well as own tasks from 0 to 100.
- Comfort using digital platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Office, live chat platforms, and CRM (customer relationship management) software.
- (Optional) Experience working in operations related to private event fulfillment is a plus.

- U.S. work authorization
- Availability to work East Coast hours
This job is fully remote.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
