Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Project Management team and ensure projects are being managed within budget. Provide oversight and direction to project managers when solutioning challenges on projects
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity. Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Communicates Effectively Both Verbally and in writing with clients, management, and peers. Ability to make presentations to management, clients, others as directed
- Advanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office, Company software, job required software/ programs. Develop Goals, prioritize, and organize tasks to accomplish operational objectives
- Ability to provide leadership, take charge of a situation and show proper authority in a responsible objective manner. maintain professionalism in high stress situations
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven success in an operations management role
- Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
