Are you ready to take charge of a fast-paced, high-volume electronics recycling ITAD operation?
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our clients site in Victor, NY.
Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, you will be at the helm of the daily on-site operations. From overseeing inbound shipments to managing warehouse processes and equipment processing, you'll play a pivotal role in meeting customer commitments and regulatory requirements. We're looking for a hands-on operator with an eye for detail, a clear communicator, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:
Managing an ITAD operation, including receiving, sorting, part harvesting, and data media destruction.
Maintain and enhance pre-established KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
Contribute to achieving and maintaining ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, & R2V3 certifications through site audits.
Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll need:
3-5 years of management experience in an operational environment.
Exceptional organizational, administration, and communication skills.
Leadership and motivational skills.
Previous experience with ISO certifications and audits.
