What the day will look like
- Partner with the Operations Director to identify knowledge, skill and abilities required for PASC leadership roles; identifies associates with leadership potential; create development and succession plans for key associates.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of strategic business objectives in partnership with the Operations Director, including development of departmental goals.
- Possesses the ability to represent the Operations Director as appropriate.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of approximately 10-15 colleagues
- Perform Human Resources responsibilities (resolve issues, track attendance, address personnel issues, conduct performance appraisals and conduct interviews).
- Coach, mentor and train associate staff.
- Ensures company and division policies are communicated and supported.
- Manage team performance to achieve established goals.
- Identify process deficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Responsible for escalated complex customer service issues as identified by Aon field offices and/or partner insurance carriers.
- Conduct individual associate meetings and team meetings.
- Perform analyses of quality assurance results.
- Periodic travel may be required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 8+ years of related work experience, including direct supervision of staff,
with 3-5 years of insurance experience preferred. - An understanding of basic accounting preferred.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 to $110,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
