- Communicate and coordinate with customers, foreman, and architects effectively for accurate completion of jobs.
- Ensure the needs of the customer are met and exceeded.
- Grow and train employees to improve company culture and lower turnover rate.
- Ensure jobs are completed within time frame and at or under budget.
- Ensure the fulfillment of orders.
- Effectively manage employees of different skillsets and knowledge.
- Any other tasks delegated by owners
- Background in operations management
- Knowledge in landscaping practices is a plus
- Knowledge in quarrying practices is a plus
- Knowledge in growing and training teams
- Highly-motivated, self-driven individual who is detail oriented.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
