- Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for unreached people groups around the world.
- Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation.
- Serve as the logistics coordinator for Wycliffe’s orientation program, Engage, The Wycliffe Connection, and logistics, collaborating with program coordinators on planning, execution and follow-up tasks.
- Ensure smooth execution of logistical event components, including banquet setups, rooming needs, registration tracking, AV, catering, signage, transportation, and other details, while addressing any issues that arise.
- Serve as a liaison for departments and vendors, coordinating timelines and communication for smooth event planning and execution processes.
- Contribute to planning sessions to develop event concepts and strategies for improved experiences.
- Assist in developing and leading effective event evaluation efforts at enhancing processes and participant experiences.
- Track expenses and event payments/deposits, manage invoice processing, and bill reconciliation to ensure accurate event budgeting.
- Provide operations and logistics support for Learning & Development initiatives, including programs like M101(leadership development program), Lunch and Learn sessions, Lead Like Jesus Leadership Encounter, and more.
- Assist in backend structure and operations of Learning & Development.
- Assist the Learning and Development Registrar to register and communicate with all staff navigating through the Learning & Development Flow.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Orientation and Course Design.
- Schedule Requirements: Position requires some nights and weekends during events.

- The hiring range for this position is $23.80-$27.66. Actual pay rate may be higher based on various factors such as qualifications, skills and experience, required training, licensure and/or certifications, budget, and allocation, if applicable. Additionally, the range for this position is based upon and considers Wycliffe’s non-profit ministry environment.
