Operations Manager (Bilingual - Spanish)

In the role of Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in streamlining the operations, fortifying client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the service industry, a knack for effective team management, and the agility to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of our operations department.
  
• Supervise the Operations Associate team.
  
• Create schedules, conduct inspections, and handle complaints.
  
• Engage with contractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  
• Identify upselling opportunities and assist in customer retention.
  
• Handle complaint resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  
• Experience with commercial cleaning services, the janitorial industry or similar service industry
  
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset
  
• Hard-working and humble attitude
  
• Ability to take control of situations and ensure customer ownership
  
• Team development experience
  
• Willingness to travel around the DFW metroplex (travel constitutes 85% of the job)
  
• Available to work after hours as needed
  
• Valid drivers license
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Experience in operations or facilities management preferred
  
• Proficiency in using AirTable and other software applications a plus
