Responsibilities
- Scheduling for All Departments
- Inspections, Coaching, and Assuring Product Quality
- Train and Coach Front Desk Associates
- Work shifts in all departments
- Be an excellent role model for all associates
- Assist with direct sales efforts
- Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Exceed brand standards and expectations
- Up-sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Assist with accounts receivables
- Monitoring inventory levels for Housekeeping and Front Office
- Assist in ordering supplies for all departments
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Manager or Executive Housekeeper is required
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Attention to detail required
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
