My client is one of the largest and most trusted food and beverage manufacturers in the United States. Their portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products are very recognizable.
Our client is looking for an Operations Manager for their 2nd shift that runs from 2pm-10pm 5 days per week.
Some important experience to have:
- A lot of focus around collaborating with Continuous Improvement to manage products
- Must have experience leading and developing a team
- Continuous Improvement experience - picking up projects and moving them forward
- Oversees operations, employee performance
- Must have food manufacturing experience
- Big focus on people & safety
