Join the Peak Beverage Team as Concessions Operations Manager!

Peak Beverage’s Concessions division produces bar service for events like concerts, festivals, holiday fairs, sporting events, etc. We partner with large event production companies, municipalities, music producers, non profits, and run the bar services for their larger scale events. This role would be the primary logistics planner for Concessions operational execution. Training and leadership of Event Directors will be a huge component to the success of this role. The Concessions Operations Manager will lead the operations of all concessions events and it will be their responsibility to WOW the client and guests and make sure they are happy and come back to work with us year after year.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management (LMA):
- Oversee and lead the Concessions Operations team.
- Provide direction and guidance to team members.

Concessions Execution Planning and Logistics:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for concessions execution, considering factors like demographics, crowd size, venue layout, and event type.
- Manage logistics to optimize the flow of concessions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Large Event / Recurring Event Oversight and Auditing:
- Conduct thorough oversight and audits of concessions operations at recurring events, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Ensure consistency in service quality and concessions offerings across different events.
Event Director Hiring and Training:
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of skilled Event Directors to lead concessions operations at various events.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values excellence and customer service.
Concessions Operations Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive reports on concessions performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
Concessions Purchasing and Production Planning:
- Oversee the purchasing process for concessions items, ensuring optimal inventory levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sponsors, suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality products.
