The Bonadio Group is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Advisory and Consulting Service Line. You will enjoy the opportunity to learn, develop, and advance within this role as a quality-focused contributor and as a trusted advisor to colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities:- Support Service Line Leader (SLL) with the following:
- Functions of scheduling and productivity management for the Service Line
- Talent management including retention
- Oversight of training/education programs for the Service Line
- Oversight and monitoring of quality control programs for the Service Line
- Software utilization monitoring and strategy - Act as the Service Line liaison for Marketing, Learning and Development (Bonadio University), Information Technology, Human Resources, and Talent Management
- Coordinate and communicate with Directors of Productivity for other Service Lines in order to support resource management throughout the Firm
Required:
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in business or finance related discipline
- A minimum of three years of experience in a public accounting, finance, or operations management role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel; however travel will be limited in the role
Preferred:
- An MBA
CPA, CIA or similar designation
Hours of Operation
- Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
- We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, there may be times when additional hours may be required
