Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in NYC. In this hands-on role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and upholding our commitment to quality standards. From managing invoices and inventory to optimizing production processes, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active participation in daily activities with full team accountability
- Management of invoices, shipping, and receiving for daily deliveries
- Oversight of warehouse and inventory management
- Coordination of daily operations and team activities
- Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of warehouse and retail operations
- Supervision and maintenance of quality standards
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in operations management, preferably in the food industry
- Knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Process and systems expertise
- Proficiency in Google Suite and relevant software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of spices and culinary arts is a plus
