Job Summary: The Operations Manager will work closely with the CEO, department heads, and a series of related companies spanning separate business units. This role focuses on ensuring seamless operations both within the office and in the field. Acting as a bridge, the Operations Manager will close operational gaps, enhance workflow efficiency, and assist the CEO in day-to-day operations.
Objectives of this role
● Collaborate with senior management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
● Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
● Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
● Work with our managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
● Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary

● Oversee company personnel and provide management oversight
Responsibilities:

● Review, formulate, and finalize proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
● Spearhead efficient management of operations, including field operations, recruitment, and administrative tasks.
● Optimize processes to foster efficiency and scalability, laying a foundation for rapid growth.
● Oversee software implementation, research, and identification to best fit the company's needs and ensure it's rolled out effectively across all departments.
● Research and identify software that best fits the company's needs.

● Periodically evaluate and refine operational processes, identifying areas for improvement.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

● Facilitate open channels of communication, ensuring all stakeholder needs are not just met, but exceeded.

● Handle recruitment for roles and assess team manpower needs.
● Set, monitor, and report pivotal operational metrics in line with broader company objectives.
● Collaborate with senior leadership to outline operational objectives and KPIs, aiming to consistently meet or surpass these benchmarks.
● Ensure meticulous management of operational budgets, aligning expenditures with projections.
● Actively seek cost-saving opportunities to ensure financial efficiency.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
● Minimum of 5 and preferably 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
● Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
● Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
● Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage operational processes, teams, and budgets.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

● Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
