SalaryProminent delivery company has immediate opening for Operations Manager with at least three to five years of work experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent position.
Full-time position available Monday through Friday 6AM to 6PM.
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must have at least (3) years of verifiable experience in the field dealing with supply chain, courier services, 3PL's, delivery management, or any related experience.
- Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, and fiscal functions of the delivery station On-road operations.
- Partner with senior business leaders across departments to analyze our existing processes and identify opportunities to improve and optimize current operations.
- Lead process-improvement efforts and manage the implementation of both business processes and technical solutions.
- Build, supervise, lead, and develop a diverse team of front-line supervisors
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to travel to local sub stations
- Build, optimize, and assign delivery routes
- Support operations daily including route assignment, leading meetings, and communicating with internal and external suppliers.
- Troubleshoot problems through to resolution, escalating as necessary
- Provide vacation coverage for other managers
- Review and update SOPs as required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have clean background and must pass drug screen.

Starting Base Salary will be between $100,000-$120,000 with incentive based bonuses that can bring total compensation up to $200,000 annually .
