Job Purpose:
- Manage overall operations in the telecommunication and property management industry and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization;
- Plan and support sales and marketing activities;
- Hire vendors & contractors;
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day job site progress of projects at various sites;
- Review and be responsible for the labor force hours and the job time needed for completion;
- Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner;
- Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project-related emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and other documents;
- Review contract requirements and process invoices in a timely manner;
- Assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation, and termination based on the performance review;
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, concerns, updates, etc;
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees;
- Communicate job expectations; planning & monitoring;
- Enforce policies and procedures;
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations;
- Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace;
- Run KP reports and email them to the superior upon request;
- Review credit card statements;
- Assign keys and credit cards to employees;
- Oversee materials and inventory management;
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years minimum management experience in the industry field;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to read and write English;
- Bilingual English & Spanish preferred;
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
- Self-starter, team player, and work well with others;
- RF and microwave experience preferred;
- OSHA 10 or 30, RF Awareness preferred;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
- Must be proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required;
- College degree preferred;
- Ability to listen, think clearly and to communicate effectively and courteously in challenging and sometimes stressful situations;
- Demonstrate ability to determine needs and achieve results without close supervision;
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively meet deadlines;

Working Conditions:
- This job operates in a professional office environment and periodically requires job site visits to various remote telecommunications facilities. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements:
- Spend long hours sitting and using office equipment as well as some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time;
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear;
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
