The Operations Manager supports the daily operations of programming across the continuum of Youth Services in the Mankato and Rochester communities. The Operations Manager partners with the Program Director to undertake process improvements, ensure that program operations meet funder requirements, and utilize data to inform programmatic decision making. The position will include support with program development and implementation, staff training, and program evaluation.
- BA degree in social work or related field or combination of education and experiences of 4 years.
- A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and a Motor Vehicle Check.
- Strong computer application skills.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to research and write - must develop topics and programs that meet the needs of youth and serve to educate the public about this population.
- Able to demonstrate professional boundaries.
- Able to draw on organizational and interpersonal skills to assure continuous cooperative working relations and open communication among collaborating partners.
