Position Summary
Join our Class of 2024 Yes Energy Interns and enjoy the opportunity to work on exciting projects to shape your career. The Operations Engineer Intern position will use their coding background to automate internal operations and processes. This position will work under the People Operations department, but collaborate with people throughout the company.
Intern will learn and be exposed to
Internal operations of a rapidly growing business
Supporting business functions such as human resources, business intelligence, learning & development, and other people operations
Hands-on experience with software such as ADP, Snowflake, Salesforce, Lattice, Jira, etc.
- Automating onboarding operations and processes
- Use APIs to set up communication processes between software
- Educate the People Operations team on possible use cases
Key Responsibilities
- Use Apex to automate operations and streamline processes
- Learn the operational tasks of support business functions
- Be a member of the energizer engagement group to help streamline the buddy program
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python, Java, and/or Apex
- Interest in business operations
- Pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, and/or operations management
- A strong desire to learn, grow and explore new things

Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Yes Energy’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
