SUMMARY
The Operations Data Analyst will support the PCNA Operations team with data reporting, analysis & visualization to inform strategic initiatives and provide tactical insight to business leaders. With direction from engineering team, this individual will generally work to improve and automate the flow of information to the team to facilitate problem solving and drive action.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The Operations Data Analyst will support the PCNA Operations team with data reporting, analysis & visualization to inform strategic initiatives and provide tactical insight to business leaders. With direction from engineering team, this individual will generally work to improve and automate the flow of information to the team to facilitate problem solving and drive action.
FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES
- Creates, modifies, and optimizes reports for Operations related to quality, capacity & throughput.
- Plays a key role in performing qualitative and quantitative data analysis, synthesizing results and communicating understandable and actionable recommendations.
- Creation of tools to improve order chain of custody & limit non-value added labor.
- Develops reporting dashboards for functional leaders to gather real time data on workcell performance.
- Owns, develops & optimizes cross-functional databases that optimize processes for product launch & order processing.
- Assists with coordination of new product launch activities to include testing, fixturing, samples and general status tracking and reporting.
- Supports EHS and ESG initiatives by developing databases and reports.
- Collaborates with other teams (internal & external) to deliver specific projects or deliverables.
- Recommends additional data sets and defines ways to improve the master data within PCNA.
- Effectively articulates insights to help business leadership answer relevant questions quickly.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Expert level computer skills, including Power BI, Excel, MS Report Builder, VBA
- Comfortable working with and combining large data sources
- Ability to interpret and convey the meaning behind data
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Must be a self starter with high desire & aptitude to self-teach new skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Four year degree or certification plus 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced MS Excel skillset, including VBA Macro creation
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI and Report Builder
