We are a small startup company that sells our family's citrus online when our fruit is in seaon. We are looking for a part time Operations Coordinator to help run our day to day operations picking, packing and shipping our gift boxes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Process all orders in a timely manner and troubleshoot any order processing that may come up. This can include: forgotten gift notes, delayed ship date, address change, etc. Orders will be processed through two platforms: Shopify and Shipstation.
- Oversee picking crew to ensure enough citrus will be picked to cover all orders. Supervise on the quality of fruit being picked so that there is consistency in size and color for each order. This will also require you to drive a company vehicle with a small trailer and fruit bins.
- Pack orders per the packing slips and ensure orders are packed with consistency and ready to ship prior to UPS arriving for pick up.
- Assist with customer service and respond to emails and special requests for orders.
- Maintain weekly inventory and report when items need to be purchased to keep packaging materials and gifting items in stock.
- Receive in inbound of deliveries which include packaging materials and supplies and gifting items.
- Pick up gifting orders or packaging materials from local vendors as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
- Any other job related duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
