Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated U.S. Military Veteran for an Operations Consultant role needed to optimize and manage projects within our organization. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, ensuring compliance, and improving the overall customer experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients and business units on how to best implement strategies to ensure their supply chains are more effective and add value to the organization.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and market developments to understand products, benefits, and operations.
• Develop strategies to enhance business operations and suggest new processes and services.
• Act as the department subject matter expert (SME), lead projects, and assist with issue resolution.
• Analyze data for insights, cost reduction opportunities, and revenue generation.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead key projects & initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work autonomously & think outside the box.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Process driven & detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Possesses an analytical/curious mindset.
• Lean Six Sigma is a plus, but not required.
