Role Overview
As a Senior Business Planning Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project management initiatives and driving process efficiency improvements in Revenue Operations and across the organization.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Develops and executes revenue strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly across departments to drive cohesive revenue initiatives.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
- Communicate project status updates, milestones, and key insights to stakeholders and senior management
- Analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to streamline operations
- Conduct process mapping, optimization, and standardization efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
- Implement best practices and methodologies to drive continuous process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement strategies for workflow enhancements and operational excellence
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate project performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations for optimization
- Interpret complex data sets, providing meaningful analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Foster strong working relationships with diverse teams across the organization to drive alignment and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to stakeholders on project management methodologies and process enhancement techniques
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
- 7+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or business analysis roles, with a focus on driving efficiency and strategic planning
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and process optimization methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making
