Operations Coach / Area Supervisor / District Manager


Accountability:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, an Operations Coach is responsible for brand management, revenue growth and culture through planning, direction setting, operational focus, financial results.

Management, coaching of in-restaurant leaders, and employee development for a group of multi-unit restaurant leaders within a specified geographic area.

A Key Business Area is an area of performance in which the Operations Coach must be successful in meeting their accountabilities. Successful results in Little Caesars Key Business Areas are supported by behaviors or actions:

  • Represents Our Mission and Core Values
  • Build Culture and Fun
  • Oversees profit, sales, and guest count growth for assigned geographic area. Works with General managers (GMs) in assigned area.
  • Managing costs, including food and paper, labor, and portion control.
  • Period, quarter and annual area planning aligning plans to achieve area goals.
  • Hires, trains and develops General Managers and proactively builds bench strength for future management needs.
  • Ability to coach, motivate and build culture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to partner with others to achieve results/resolution
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, days and evenings.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Culture Builder, Problem Solver and Work Ethic
  • Two to four years’ experience in a management position or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Working knowledge of legal and other issues related to restaurant operations.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Multi-unit management Restaurant experience.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years’ experience in QSR management
  • 2+ years’ experience managing multiple store locations
  • Pass Background
  • Proven Culture Builder
