Key Duties
- Oversee the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Manage the prompt processing and invoicing of sales orders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the warehouse operations and sales departments.
- Update and keep track of customer shipping details and billing/returns information.

- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- A team-oriented customer-centric approach
Desired Skills
- Capable of understanding and acting on instructions, brief communications, and written memos. Possess the skill to write correspondences and aptly convey information to individuals or small groups, including customers and company personnel.
- Physically adept to frequently use computer devices, keyboards, and phones, reach out, and engage in activities that involve standing, walking, and sitting. Should be able to lift weights up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Windows & Office applications (particularly Outlook & Excel). Prior experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems would be advantageous.
