Under the general supervision of the Junk Haul Director, the Operations Specialist's primary duties are to perform Recycle NOW's Junk Hauling service and work in conjunction with sales to establish and grow our customer base.
Recycle NOW is a professional doorstep trash and recycling company that exists to serve apartment communities. Our Junk Hauling service is a rapidly growing division serving our current clients and others within the multifamily industry throughout DFW. The Operations Specialist will be expected to perform several Junk Hauls per day which includes lifting heavy objects such as furniture or excessive trash, and disposing of it at a designated facility. The Operations Specialist will drive a company Junk Haul vehicle and therefore, must have a clean driving record. Additionally, the role will include checking in with clients before and after the service to ensure satisfaction.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Pay: $22/hour paid weekly + Monthly Bonus

- Perform the Junk Haul service, which includes safely driving Junk Haul vehicle to the service site, friendly and respectfully making contact with client, removing materials, trash, and furniture using a combination of speed and safety, confirming completion and satisfaction with the client, and driving to the next appointment.
- Services are delivered with the goal of creating additional revenue to the company and service benefits to the client.
- Complete care, cleaning, and weekly maintenance of the Junk Hauling vehicle.
- Following up with clients after completion of a Junk Haul service to ensure satisfaction.
- Wearing the provided Recycle NOW uniform and safety equipment.
- Attending weekly one-on-one meetings with supervisor and staff training as required
