Operations Assistant
Job Description:
Humanhome is a place where diverse perspectives and experiences are encouraged. Being a creative design studio and a manufacturer, there are a lot of moving parts. As an Operations Assistant, you will interact with multiple departments - from assisting with customer service, shipping and general day-to-day operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, processing invoices/billing, ordering supplies.
- Contribute to improving quality and efficiency in our manufacturing process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide general customer service and assist the Operations Manager with the processing of orders and deliveries.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A successful applicant must be diligent, responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working closely and communicating with others in the team.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic. Is flexible and resourceful to get the job done.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must.
Job Type: Full-time, hourly
Schedule: 8-hour shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly or Twice monthly
