Key Responsibilities
- Perform follow-up on catering orders to ensure a timely delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for set-up and clean-up
- Communicate and coordinate with requesting offices to meet facilities needs
- Liaison between vendors and events team for internal & external hosted events/screenings
- Manage catering set-up presentation according to event
- Order snacks, coffee, and breakroom supplies
- Manage and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule service/maintenance for kitchen equipment
- Process invoices and receipts for weekly supply orders and help compile reports
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
Experience
- Previous administrative experience (preferred)
- Previous facilities experience a plus
- MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills are a must

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$18.00 hourly
Hiring Range Maximum:
$24.00 hourly
