Operations Assistant

ENS Security, is a whole sale distributor of CCTV technology including CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, access control devices and networking technology.

We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to fill the role of Operations Assistant. This position will manage the Return Merchandise Authoritzation ("RMA") technical support, provides Operational Support to the Branch Manager and a willingness to learn our products and gradually assuming responsibility for helping customers with Technical Support tasks to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our SF branch. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and strong organizational abilities.

The role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, onsite (not remote).

Job Description

We are looking for a well-rounded Operations Assistant to:

• Guide customers with the RMA process, policies and follow up on RMA status
• Monitor inventory quantities, and send inventory requests to the Purchase Department.
• Assist the branch manager in the daily operation of the branch
• Keep all HR-related files in safe places, collect attendance information on time every pay period, assist newly hired employees in setting up work accounts and completing HR-related paper work.
• Learn company products to become the go-to onsite technical support resource.
• Maintain the warehouse locations with correct items, and keep the warehouse organized and clean. (lifting up-to 35lbs at times).
• Monitor inventory quantities, and send inventory requests to the Purchase Department. Routinely audit inventory / cycle counts.
• Process inventory transfer requests from Purchase Department and other branches.
• Assist with accounting related activities, lockbox, cash deposit, collect/deliver receipts
• Support sales team in building up customer satisfaction;
• Monitor and control AR, assist in AR collection;
• Other work assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
