Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Inventory Management strategies and procedures
- Analyze inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Monitor and track inventory accuracy, ensuring data integrity in the warehouse management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and minimize stockouts
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in Inventory Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Oversee category management activities, including assortment planning and product lifecycle management
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Nielsen and Power BI to analyze sales trends and forecast demand
- Collaborate with the IT department to develop and maintain Inventory Management systems
- Train and mentor team members on Inventory Management best practices
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Experience in process improvement methodologies
- Proficient in supplier management, including negotiation and relationship building
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and their functionalities
- Knowledge of category management principles and practices
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Nielsen and Power BI

Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking as needed.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Optimize warehouse layout to enhance efficiency in storage and retrieval.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure proper placement and organization of inventory.
- Develop and enforce protocols for a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including proper documentation.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, audits, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with inventory software and systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records.
- Physical ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items.
