Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-orientedOperations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Answer and properly distribute phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and company email.
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers.
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with dispatch functions, including customer and technician communication
- Process backflow test reports.
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- File management and scanning.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including account reconciliation and data entry.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or customer service role in the construction or service industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
