Assistant Store Operator

As a 7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager for a Franchisee you will have the opportunity to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for your franchisee’s guests. From coaching and training your franchisee’s employees, to making sound operational business decisions, the 7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager will oversee all aspects of their franchisee’s individual store as determined by the franchisee. This position is open for two locations: Spanaway,WA (Pacific Ave) and Tacoma (S 38th St)

Each franchisee is an independent contractor and as such may have a specific set of responsibilities for this position. In general, the responsibilities may include:

• Undertake one complete shift.

• Train and develop staff as required.
• Develop strong vendor relations while ensuring accurate deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and merchandised store.
• Promote 7-Eleven to your guests and community
• Maximize sales and profits
• Identify and resolve sales obstacles.
• Manage and maintain proper inventory levels and controls.
• Ensure that the store is run as per the 7-11 brand standards.
• Employee is expected to clock in minimum 40 hours a week.
• Able to Multi task well. Running a shift requires to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Prioritization skills are very important.
• Exceptional candidates will be provided training to become a 7-11 manager.
• This position is open for two locations: Spanaway,WA (Pacific Ave) and Tacoma (S 38th St)
• Should have experience working at a modern convenience store like 7-11.

Franchisees expect all candidates to be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail/Food Service experience is a plus.
