Operations Assistant

Description

For our fast-growing start-up we’re looking for an enthusiastic assistant to work alongside the operations team, primarily focused on metal & wood card production. After products are printed, you will be expected to complete the supply chain from quality control to packing and shipping. You will be responsible for the restock of items in the fulfillment & production areas, while maintaining a clean and neat work environment for all. Willing to assist with all tasks requested within the organization, without hesitation. This exciting position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing team with international locations!

Responsibilities

• Cleaning metal cards after printing
• Inspecting finished products
• NFC Programming of Metal and Wood Cards
• Restock supplies
• Shipping & Handling
• Labeling & Printing

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented & organized
• Team player
• Knowledge of Excel and Adobe
• Cooperative and willing to assist, no matter the size of the task
• Background or interest in printing and graphical production
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift boxes 20lb+
• We ask that you are fully vaccinated to preserve the health and safety of our team members as this position is not eligible for remote work

Schedule: beginning at 20 hrs./week, opportunity for more dependant on organizational needs

Work Location: Financial District, NYC (on-site required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.98 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• New York, NY 10005 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• New York, NY 10005: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
