Operations Assistant

NightRider Jewelry is in search of a dedicated and reliable individual that has a great attitude, is ready to get in, roll up their sleeves, and do whatever they can to support us as we grow our team.

OUR OPENING:

Operations Assistant in Chandler, AZ

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position at our corporate office location.

Required skills that will be essential to success in this role are:

• Customer Service
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems or software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, outlook, excel)
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks

Responsibilities include:

• Front Desk/Reception responsibilities (answering phones, customer service, etc.)
• Provide customer chat support such as responding to customer inquiries, product related questions, and order status updates.
• Online and Phone Orders
• Returns, Exchanges, Repairs, and Work Orders
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Cross Training and Assisting other Operations positions as needed
