The Protection Products team at General Motors Financial is looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join our growing team. Our team is responsible for bringing the branded General Motors F&I products to market. This new business venture will drive brand awareness and loyalty for General Motors, integrate F&I incentives for dealers, and drive digital innovation for our customer. The Operations Analyst will contribute to driving sustainable Protection Products business growth by executing assigned operational elements of the business.
ResponsibilitiesJOB DUTIES
- Work closely with current and prior third party administrator on day-to-day issues that arise related to dealer product association, cancellations, dealer reporting, etc
- Perform monthly invoice reconciliations for all vendors
- Perform weekly reconciliation for dealer payments through GM systems
- Assist in vendor oversight activities related to menu system providers, and incentive providers
- Provide oversight and quarterly reconciliation of advance and loan programs
- Assist in reviewing monthly reinsurance statements and provide oversight for reinsurance enrollment process
- Maintain a thorough understanding of GM Protection all its product offerings and services
- Work hand in hand in with Reporting, Accounting and other teams that support GM Protection
- Assists in creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and job aids

QualificationsKnowledge
- Knowledge of business processes, operations and systems
- Dealership support knowledge and experience preferred
- Experience in Auto Finance or with Finance and Insurance Products preferred
Skills

- Operational skills including building relationships, strategic and analytical abilities
- Ability to articulate ideas, business plans and results to all levels of executive leadership
- Ability to maintain Customer Focus and Operational Excellence as the drive for all initiatives
- Proficient in MS Professional and relevant software
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in the Auto Finance industry preferred
- 1-2 years Customer Experience preferred
- 1 year of Dealership experience preferred
- 1 year of F&I experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Hybrid work environment - up to three days in office
