Operations Analyst

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia is a professional medical organization committed to the healing mission of Medicine. CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 40 locations throughout the Philadelphia area.

We are currently hiring a full-time Operations Analyst to work at our Center City, Philadelphia, PA office. Please note, this position requires traveling.

Please note this position is entitled to a $1,000.00 sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and conducts specific audits to evaluate the completeness of medical record documentation
• Completes routine medical records audits for the following: AOB/HIPAA, education, Pin/SureScript, CVS, Warfarin, Clinical MU, prescription, eligibility/refunds/co-pays, missed appointments, alerts/medications, DEMO MU, and other audits as assigned.
• Always respects the patients right to privacy (HIPAA) and respectful of the confidentiality of all medical records.
• Works closely with management and clinical staff to track, communicate and chart audit results.
• Able to analyze data and provide feedback to management and clinical staff regarding audit results
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of Electronic Medical Records
• Thorough knowledge of the healthcare industry
• General knowledge of medical terminology
• General knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules.

*If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
