Form of workWe are seeking a bilingual Billing Administrator to support a global automotive services and management solutions company in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
This is a hybrid role: 2 days in-office (Tues & Thurs)
Contract role: 6-months
Start date: ASAP
Job Summary:
This role will support payment transactions for Mexico operations and report to the supervisor of Mexico Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all License and Title payment transactions
- Responsible for processing of sales in used vehicle system
- Process insurance payment
- Understanding of ARI and ARIZA's processes and requirements, and Mexico's fiscal requirements.
- Monitors workflow and acts as a short term backup to administrators or fellow support coordinators' duties
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
Education:
- HS Diploma/GED (required)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Required:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Research and problem solving skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $21 to $22 an hour.
