Job Summary: The purpose of the role is to support sourcing and procurement resources by providing data analysis and metrics and ensure that all site purchase orders are compliant to policy and approved in a timely manner. The role will create and provide accurate key monthly procurement reports and KPI's, and contribute to site saving targets by delivering individual performance targets. The role will be seen at the system SME for the site procurement team.

Operations
All purchase requisitions converted to purchase orders in a timely and compliant fashion
All business reporting submitted on time and in an accurate fashion
New suppliers on boarded in a timely and compliant fashion
Contract database maintained
Spend and compliance reports for Category and Site teams
2. Delivery of savings targets, ownership of savings pipeline and conducting tenders
Individual saving targets are achieved by challenging all purchase orders and low value maverick spend as assigned
Procurement Catalogues are used and maintained
3. Able to develop and deliver own initiatives by working with internal customers.
4. Ensure compliance to Procurement Policy - Evidenced by no audit observations
5. Own key monthly reporting: savings submission, ATF, PO penetration, PR approval time, catalogue usage, vendor rating systems and compliance metrics.
Skills:
Minimum of 1 year Purchasing experience, industry irrelevant for this position
SAP Required
Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliers.
Passion for Quality and Compliance and Right First Time work
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and SAP skills
Self - starter, resilient, tenacious and results driven.
Ability to move cross functionally e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain
Education:
BA with minimum of one year experience or 4 years experience with no Bachelors
