Operating Room Technician

Position: OR Technician, Days, Part-Time 20 hours/week

Location: 801 E. Wheeler Rd, Moses Lake, WA 98837

Shift: PT 20 hours a week, Days 6:45am - 5:15pm, rotating holidays, On-Call weekends (scheduled 6 weeks in advance), on-call weekdays 5:15pm - 6:45am as scheduled.

Pay: Pay depends on experience between $27 - $36.97/hr.

Position Requirements:

• Certification: Washington State Registry, NBSTSA Certification, BLS.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of OR Tech experience is required.
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent and Graduate of basic Operating Room Technician Program

Position Summary:

• As an OR/Scrub Technician you are responsible for performing the functions of an Operating Room Technician in collaboration with the Operating Room Registered Nurse.
• OR/Scrub Technician is responsible for adhering to AORN Standards of Practice, for managing supplies and equipment with the direction of Operating Room Registered Nurse and for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.
• Operating Room Technician certification preferred and anatomy physiology knowledge required.
