Operating Director

Responsible for conducting/overseeing all client care including:

• Caregiver scheduling
• Recruiting and hiring field staff
• New client assessments/intakes
• Verification of all weekly hours
• Supervisory visits and quality checks
• Coordinating care with appropriate medical/non-medical institutions
• Handling client complaints and escalations
• Lead generation and management
• Monitoring agency partnerships

General management responsibilities including:

• Management of field staff and office staff (performance evaluations, disciplinary action, etc.)
• “After Hours” on call duties such as phone calls, intakes, fill ins, etc.
• Reporting, compliance, and filing
• Answering phone calls and texts in a timely manner
• Conducting team meetings

Compensation Description:

• $75,000-$200,000 (Salary + Bonus + Ownership, range based on performance)
• Paid time off

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience, 2+ years preferred
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
