Responsible for conducting/overseeing all client care including:
- Caregiver scheduling
- Recruiting and hiring field staff
- New client assessments/intakes
- Verification of all weekly hours
- Supervisory visits and quality checks
- Coordinating care with appropriate medical/non-medical institutions
- Handling client complaints and escalations
- Lead generation and management
- Monitoring agency partnerships
General management responsibilities including:
- Management of field staff and office staff (performance evaluations, disciplinary action, etc.)
- “After Hours” on call duties such as phone calls, intakes, fill ins, etc.
- Reporting, compliance, and filing
- Answering phone calls and texts in a timely manner
- Conducting team meetings
Compensation Description:
- $75,000-$200,000 (Salary + Bonus + Ownership, range based on performance)

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
