Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, pastries, cakes and desserts
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience as head pastry Cook/Lead/Chef
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with various types of ingredients and their properties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
