Morning Baker/Barista

Tips will be given in addition to hourly pay.

Staff Responsibilities:

* Calibrating and cleaning espresso equipment
* Preparing drink orders for customers

* Utilize POS system to take customer orders
* Brewing coffee/tea
* Restocking various bakery items
* Pulling backstock for service
* Various cleaning duties
* Packaging food and beverages for sale
* Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils
* Learning about brewing and baking methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality

*Other duties as assigned

Staff Requirements:

* Must be 16 years or older
* Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
* Exceptional listening and communication skills
* Availability to work peak hours, including early mornings, as early as 4 A.M., weekends, and some holidays
* A polite, engaging personality
* Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
* Working as part of a fun, high-energy team
* Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
