Overview:
The Compliance Analyst is tasked with supporting NERC compliance programs by conducting detailed reviews and analysis of compliance evidence, reporting findings, and maintaining program documents for clients. The role also involves providing leadership and direction in the following areas:

Overview:
The Compliance Analyst is tasked with supporting NERC compliance programs by conducting detailed reviews and analysis of compliance evidence, reporting findings, and maintaining program documents for clients. The role also involves providing leadership and direction in the following areas:
- Collaborating with other analysts to ensure the completeness and high quality of all products.
- Ensuring on-time project delivery within scope and budget.
- Cultivating and maintaining client relationships while actively seeking contract opportunities for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and product/service quality as the primary focus for all employees.
- Stay informed about relevant websites, products, and NERC Compliance Standards.
- Contribute to the development of procedures and training programs tailored to clients' NERC Reliability Standards applicability.
- Assist in creating and implementing client Internal Compliance Programs, Audits, Self-Assessments, Gap Analyses, etc.
- Interpret evidence to ensure compliance with NERC Standards and gather, review, and maintain client evidence for various purposes.
- Research and analyze compliance-related questions and create training materials such as desktop guides and videos.
- Monitor project issues and scope changes, report to Supervisor/Manager and Project Manager, and ensure client approval for any scope of work changes.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years' experience in regulatory compliance, experience with O&P NERC compliance necessary
- An Associate’s degree or equivalent college credit hours (60) from a university or equivalent experience in regulatory compliance related activities in industries served by Certrec
