Onsite Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our semiconductor materials and equipment storage facility. Your primary responsibilities will encompass a wide range of warehouse management tasks, from overseeing daily operations to ensuring efficient inventory management. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on optimizing processes, leading a team, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Warehouse Operations Management:
   • Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse activities, overseeing the receiving, storing, and shipping of semiconductor materials and equipment.
   • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
   • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
2. Inventory Management:
   • Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate inventory management systems.
   • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
   • Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and resources for effective performance.
   • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
4. Equipment and Facility Maintenance:
   • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for warehouse equipment, ensuring their proper functioning.
   • Collaborate with facilities management to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
   • Identify innovative opportunities for process automation and implement appropriate technologies to enhance efficiency.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of materials.
   • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any warehouse-related issues or concerns.
   • Liaise with external vendors and carriers to optimize inbound and outbound logistics.

Qualifications:

1. Fencing Installation:
   • Experience in installing fencing for securing specific areas, with knowledge of square footage requirements (e.g., 20WX50L).
2. Team Coordination:
   • Excellent teamwork and coordination skills for overseeing the allocation of people to move and sort materials in collaboration with TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company).
3. Adaptability:
   • Ability to adapt to changes in replenishment schedules and dynamically adjust material management strategies.
4. Communication:
   • Effective communication skills to convey updates on material status, discuss relocation plans, and address any issues during on-site warehouse meetings.
5. Organizational Skills:
   • Strong organizational skills to streamline material handling, prevent continuous gowning, and enhance overall efficiency.
6. Logistics Optimization:
   • Knowledge of logistics and warehouse optimization to minimize difficulties in accessing specific locations (e.g., moving material from L-20 to L-40).
7. Safety Compliance:
   • Understanding of safety protocols and compliance in material handling and warehouse operations.
